MVA With One On Fire In Clements

7th District Volunteers, April 07

On Monday night after our monthly business meeting, Stations 5, Squad 5, 1, Squad 1, 59, 19, and ALS were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Budds Creek Road at Colton Point Road. Reports were of a single vehicle overturned on fire with ejection. Chief 5 and Squad 5 responded shortly after dispatch with 8 volunteers. Single Vehicle Accident In Bushwood

7th District Volunteers, March 30

On Monday night while members were conducting drill, a citizen stopped by the station and advised there was an accident on Colton Point Road up the street from the station. Squad 5, Engine 52 and Chief 5 responded and located a single vehicle into a pole. After further investigation no occupant(s) were located. Units Respond To Reported Shed Fire In Longview Beach

On Monday evening, Stations 5, 1, 2 and 59 were alerted to a shed fire on Owens Road in Longview Beach. Engine 52, 51, Tanker 5, Water Supply 5, Brush 5 and Command 5 responded with 21 Volunteers. Engine 52 and Chief 5 arrived to find a brush fire that extended to a debris pile, two boats and a vacant structure. Members Assist With Callaway Haz Mat Incident

On Thursday afternoon at 1532 hours the Hazardous Materials Incident assignment was dispatched alerting Company 6, Haz Mat 13, Haz-Mat 18, EMS Station 6 and the County Fire Chief. Callers reported a subject at the Callaway Post Office had opened and suspicious package and began feeling various symptoms. Maryland Day Ceremony Held In Colton's Point

7th District Volunteers, March 25

On Wednesday afternoon volunteers attended the Maryland Day ceremony held at the St. Clements Island Museum. The event which is held every year, celebrates Maryland's Birthday at the location the first settlers landed in 1634. Holy Angels Holds Mass To Honor Fire And Rescue Personnel

7th District Volunteers, March 22

On Sunday March 22, 2015 Holy Angels Church held a mass to honor the volunteer fire and ems personnel of the 7th District. Apparatus from both the fire department and rescue squad was taken to the church for a blessing. The Auxiliaries made refreshments and everyone gathered in the church hall after mass. Single Vehicle Accident In Bushwood

7th District Volunteers, March 18

On Tuesday evening at 1913 hours, Stations 5, 59 and 19 were alerted to a single vehicle accident on Colton Point Road in the area of Denby Hill Lane. Squad 5 responded with six volunteers and upon arrival located the single vehicle with a single occupant off the road. Squad 5 removed the driver's door of the vehicle to gain access to the patient.
