| On Thursday afternoon at 1351 hours, Company 5 was alerted to transfer the Tanker to La Plata Station 1. Tanker 5 responded with 2 personnel. When the tanker was getting ready to turn into La Plata's station, Charles Communications requested them to respond to the scene of the fire at Goad Lumber Yard on Brandywine Road in Hughesville.
Tanker 5 responded to the scene from La Plata. During the course of the afternoon the tanker hauled approximately 15,000 gallons of water from water supply points and dumped it into the portable tanks supplying the scene.
