On Thursday afternoon at 1327 hours, Companies 5, 59 and 19 were alerted to the area of Budds Creek Road and Horseshoe Road for a reported personal injury accident. Squad 5 marked up a short time later and was advised that a single vehicle had left the roadway and struck a tree. There were reports of only a single patient in the vehicle. Chief 5A arrived first along with the Sheriffs Office and located the single patient held the assignment with Squad 5 and a single ambulance from Co.59. Squad 5 arrived and secured and stabilized the vehicle and was able to clear after assisting for about 20 minutes.
