On Thursday morning, Engine 52 along with a number of other units from throughout the county, attended a 9/11 memorial service and parade held on Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The event began with a parade that led to a brief memorial and reading by servicemen on base. After the service, Engine 52 then stopped by Mission BBQ in California, who held a 9/11 tribute and appreciation event. We would like to thank both Pax River and Mission BBQ for hosting the events and the invitation to attend.
