About 10 minutes after the engine crew returned to quarters from a landing site, Companies 5, 59, 19 and ALS were dispatched to the area of Oakley Road and Burch Road for the reported MVA. Reports advised a vehicle was into a building and there was a single injury. Squad 5 made the response with 5 volunteers and arrived to locate a single vehicle into an unoccupied residence. The patient was out of the vehicle and had walked to a nearby house for assistance. The vehicle also struck an overhanging porch post and another vehicle parked near the residence. Squad 5's crew secured both vehicles and cleared all debris from the road before assisting crews from Co.59 with patient care and loading. Crews operated for just over an hour before returning to quarters.
