On May 30th at just after midnight Squads 2, and 5 along with EMS 29, 59 and ALS were alerted to a reported serious motor vehicle accident on Budds Creek Road in the area of Horseshoe Road. Chief 5A arrived at the scene and located a single vehicle overturned. The police arrived and broke a window out and extricated the patient. Chief 5A held the assignment with a one Squad and one Ambulance. The patient was transported to MedStar St. Mary's. All units returned to quarters by 0042 hours.
