Engine 51 pulled a line to the rear of the home and located a fire in a rear boiler room.

Chief 7 responded from the Clements area and established the Abell Command. Tanker 5 supplied Engine 51 and Truck 1 was requested to the scene to assist with ventilation. The fire was contained to the boiler room. The crews opened the walls around the furnace and checked for any further extension.
