Friday night at 2118 hours, Stations 5, 59, 19 and ALS were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Colton Point Road in the area of Capt. Sam's Store. Responding units were advised of a two vehicle crash with up to three injuries. Chief 5 arrived on the scene and found a head on accident and established the command.

Squad 5 was next to arrive and set up lights and began patient care. A total of three patients were injured. Three of the four ambulances responding were held on the assignment and the medic units was cancelled. All three patients were loaded into the ambulances and transported to St. Mary's Hospital.

After the patients were transported, command was terminated and crews remained on the scene for a short time to provide lighting and clear the roadway. Once the vehicles were removed units retuned to quarters at 2215 hours.
