| On Wednesday night several members headed to the county haz-mat storage building for training. Once at the facility the members received a tour and looked at all of the equipment.
Once all of the equipment was seen, members were able to suit up in Level A training suits. Two scenarios were conducted. The first was to patch a leak and the second was to package a container in an over-sized drum.
This training was a great refresher for the Haz-Mat Technicians and a excellent opportunity for other members to see some of the basics of haz-mat incidents. |
