Squad 5 Runs One Overturned

On Thursday morning just prior to 0800 hours Company 5 was alerted for Squad 5 for the reported MVA with injuries. Squad 5 responded with four personnel and arrived on scene to find a single vehicle off the roadway overturned. The patient had already removed himself from the wreckage and was seen by Ambulance 597. The crew from Squad 5 secured the vehicle and stood by until the ambulance transported. Units operated for about 15 minutes before the scene was turned over to the Sheriffs Office.
