| On Saturday morning Boat 5 headed to Neale Sound in Cobb Island to assist with a demonstration for the Cobb Island Yacht Club. Charles County Boat 6 (Cobb Island), Charles County Boat 13 (Dive Team) and the Charles County Sheriff's Office participated in the event.
The boats all conducted a demonstration for the spectators. Boat 5 set up their winch and stokes basket and pulled a victim from the water. We would like to thank Cobb Island Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad for the invitation to the event. We look forward to working with you on the water more this summer.
While on the way back to the boat ramp, Boat 5 was flagged down by a boat that had broken down. Boat 5 towed the boat back to Bushwood Wharf before returning to quarters. Thanks to Cobb Island for the last four pictures. |
