| On Friday evening at 1905 hours, Stations 5, 59, 19 and ALS were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Colton Point Road in the area of River Springs School Road. Units responded and located a single vehicle on its side and into a tree. The pick up truck had broken in half behind the cab.
The single occupant of the vehicle had gotten free and was out of the vehicle upon arrival. The crews from Squad 5 and Engine 54 secured the vehicle and assisted with loading the patient into Ambulance 599.
The patient was transported priority two to St. Mary's Hospital. Company 5 units returned to quarters a short time later. |
