| Sunday morning at 0937 hours, Companies 5 and 59 were alerted to Maddox Road at Bushwood Road for a reported MVA with one to be checked out. Squad 5 responded shortly after dispatch followed by Engine 54. Lieutenant 5A was first to arrive advising of one with neck and back pains and two needing check ups for refusals. Engine 54 was placed in service and the assignment held with Squad 5 and Ambulance 598. Squad 5 arrived and stabilized the vehicles and begun packaging the patient for EMS. Ambulance 598 transported the patient to SMH priority 2 and obtained two signed refusals. The scene was turned over to SMCSO and all units returned to service in just under 30 minutes. |
