| On Monday at 1927 hours, just prior to the start of the monthly business meeting, an MVA was dispatched on Maddox Road just prior to Bushwood City Road. Fireboard advised a single vehicle was into a pole.
Chief 5, 5A, Squad 5 and Engine 54 all responded with a total of 16 volunteers. Once on the scene a single vehicle was located with two patients. The patients were still inside the vehicle and the passengers door had to be removed to gain access to one patient. The crews removed the door and assisted EMS with patient care.
Both patients were transported to St. Mary's Hospital priority two. Once the patients were transported units packed up and returned to quarters. |
