Engine and Tanker Respond to Leonardtown House Fire

On Wednesday afternoon just after 1400 hours Companies 1, 7, 5, 9, 2 and EMS Companies 19, 79 and 38 were alerted for the reported House Fire in Breton Bay. Engine 54 marked up shortly after dispatch followed by Tanker 5. Engine 10 was first arriving reporting light smoke conditions throughout the residence and established the command. Upon Engine 54's arrival the crew staged before assisting Engine 11 with ventilation and checking the residence with the thermal imager. Tanker 5 was placed in service and the engine crew operated for just over 20 minutes before returning.
