On Tuesday afternoon at 1644 hours, Station 5 was alerted to Norris Way in Chaptico for the reported auto fire. Engine 52 responded with 5 volunteers and arrived on scene to locate an SUV fully involved. The crew from Engine 52 advanced the bumper line to the vehicle and quickly extinguished the fire. Units operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes before returning to quarters.
