On Sunday morning crews on Engine 52, Tanker 51, Tanker 5 along with Tanker 2 conducted a training burn of a house in Bushwood. The house was prepared in the days prior to the burn and 5 rooms were utilized for the live fire scenarios. Ambulance 598 stood by during the burns. Once crews rotated trough the burn rooms the house was burned down in preparation for a new home to be built. We thank the homeowner for the opportunity for the department to conduct the training.
