Squad 5, Engine 51 and Chief 5A operated on scene of a dump truck on its side on Hurry Road in Clements. Haz-Mat 18 is also operating on the scene assisting with a fuel leak. EMS obtained a signed refusal from the operator of the vehicle. Units remained on scene while the dump truck was pulled back upright.
