| On Saturday members attended the annual children's day event at the St. Clement's Island Museum. The event was from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. There were many events for the kids including face painting, kiddie tractor pulls, sack races, watermelon seed spitting contest and a mini battle of the buckets game.
Crews were on hand to provide information to the children and parents about fire prevention. The Auxiliary also had a stand and handed out fire prevention literature. Everyone at the event had a great time. |
