Pedestrian Struck In Avenue

On Friday evening at 1840 hours, Stations 5, 59 and 19 were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Colton Point Road at the intersection of Paul Ellis Road. Fireboard reported a pedestrian was struck with minor injuries.

Units arrived on scene and located a single pedestrian with severe injuries to the lower extremities. After a full assessment by paramedics a helicopter was requested. Engine 54 handled the landing site for Trooper 7 at Holy Angels School.

Trooper 7 transported the patient to Baltimore Shock Trauma. All units returned to quarters within 45 minutes.
