On Saturday evening at 1805 hours, Company 5 was alerted to Charles County in the Wicomico River for a reported boat taking on water with subjects overboard. Boat 5 was underway quickly with five personnel and made the response across the Wicomico River. Boat 5 arrived with Charles Boat 6 to find a single mid-sized boat overturned with seven subjects seated on the bottom of their now cap sized vessel. Boat 6 began removing subjects from the water as Boat 5 inspected the vessel and assisted. All subjects were accounted for without injury thanks to the quick response by both companies.
