At approximately 1100 hours on Tuesday morning, Water Supply 5 was alerted to Lillie Love Lane in Mechanicsville for a trailer fire. Units from Station 2 and surrounding companies arrived with heavy fire from a trailer. Water Supply 5 was sent to 84 Lumber to operate a fill site. Once the fire was knocked down the unit picked up and went to the scene. The crew assisted with overhaul for a short period before returning to quarters.
Engine 51 handled a fill in at Station 2 during the incident.
