On Sunday afternoon, Stations 5, 59 and 19 were alerted to Oakley Road in the area of Burch Road for a single vehicle accident. Engine 54 responded at dispatch from the Blessing of the Fleet. Squad 5 also responded and both units arrived to locate a single vehicle into the guard rail with a single patient. Crews assisted EMS and secured the vehicle. Once the patient was treated, the scene was turned over to the Sheriff's Office and all units returned to quarters.
