On July 4th at 1816 hours, Stations 5, 59 an 19 were alerted to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Oakley Road and Abell Road next to the station. Squad 5 went on the air and on the scene with one vehicle on it's side.
The squad crew secured the vehicles and checked the patients who were out of the vehicles. Ambulances from Company 59 took vitals from the patients and obtained refusals. Squad 5 remained on the scene until the roadway was reopened.
Units cleared the scene within 30 minutes.
