No Caption Hurricane Isaias Causes Multiple Responses Throughout Area

7th District Volunteers, August 04

Early Tuesday morning as Isaias came through St. Mary's County, multiple emergency incidents began taking place.

At 0756 hours, Station 5 and surrounding Companies were alerted to a vehicle in flood water on Bushwood Road in the area of Kaylas Lane. Chief 5 arrived and located the occupant who was able to get out of the water and leave the vehicle stranded.

Vehicle Fire On Maddox Road

7th District Volunteers, June 14

Sunday afternoon at 3:51 p.m., Station 5 was alerted to a vehicle fire on Maddox Road in Chaptico. Engine 52 and Tanker 5 responded and extinguished the vehicle. The Sheriff's Office was requested because the vehicle was in motion at the time of the fire. T... (Full Story & Photos)

7th District Volunteers, June 06

Saturday afternoon Station 5, Squad 5, Squad 2, EMS 59, 19 and ALS were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle accident on Oakley Road in Avenue. Chief 5 arrived to find a box truck on its side with a single patient who was out of the truck. EMS evaluated and requested a helicopter for the patient. Squad Extricates One In Colton's Point

7th District Volunteers, June 02

On June 2, 2020 units were dispatched to a reported vehicle into a structure on Colton Point Road in Coltons Point. Initial calls indicated a vehicle went into the woods and into a house. Units arrived to find no structure involved but the vehicle was in the woods and confirmed entrapment. Squad 5 and Engine 52 extricated the patient and turned over to EMS. No Caption Dump Truck On Its Site In Clements

7th District Volunteers, May 27

Squad 5, Engine 51 and Chief 5A operated on scene of a dump truck on its side on Hurry Road in Clements. Haz-Mat 18 is also operating on the scene assisting with a fuel leak.
