On Sunday morning at 1153 hours, Stations 5, 59 and 19 were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Colton Point Road in the area of Holy Angels Church. Squad 5 responded at dispatch and upon arrival located the vehicle overturned in a ditch. The single patient was able to self extricate from the vehicle prior to arrival.

Chief 5 and Engine 52 arrived on scene a short time later. Engine 52 assisted the squad crew. The assignment was held with Company 5 and Ambulance 598. The patient was transported priority 2 to St. Mary's Hospital. Crews remained on scene for approximately 30 minutes before returning to quarters.
